    Default is this sentence right?

    Hi everybody,
    what about the following sentence:
    If you agree, kindly ask you the following documents:
    Is it correct?

    According to me, we should express it like that(we should add ''we'' and ''for'') :
    If you agree, we kindly ask you for the following documents:


    Thank you

    What about:
    If you are in agreement, would you please furnish the following documents?
    1. a copy of the ...
    2. the original ...
    or
    If you agree, please forward the following documents: 1. a copy of the ...
    2. the original ... and 3. the receipt for...

    your answer is helpful. In fact, at work, I'm used to use such request ''kindly ask you'' and you give more choices
