    Default on high

Does "on high" means "strongly"? What does it mean?

ex)When you're suffering from a cold, not only do you cough and sneeze but you are also envious of people who seem to never get sick...Wash your hands five times a day to prevent from illnesses. Run your toothbrush through the microwave on high for 10 seconds to kill germs...

The microwave must be set at 'high' - i.e. at maximum temperature.
