    Default box with hand sleeve

It is a box made of cloth with a hand sleeve fixed from the top leading to the interior of the box. Adult will put something inside for kids to have one of their hands inserting through the sleeve into the box to feel and guess what are the content in the bag which they are touching is.

What do we call this kind of bag?

I've never heard of a name for this type of specialty item.
