This sounds like you want to hang out with the friends (only) and not the cousins. Is that what you meant?

I agree with Barb D. It sounds as if you only want to hang out with your cousins' friends. I would say "Ask your cousins if you can/could hang out with them and their friends. I'm sure they'll include you."
