Do you use this expression?
Hello
If someone say "I feel sick this morning", you may ask " What happened? " , " What's the matter?" or " What's wrong?"
I'd like to know whether you use " What have you been doing?" in this situation.
Thank you.

Yes, you can say " What have you been doing <that has made you become sick>?"

Re: Do you use this expression?
if you were to translate that meaning directly from turkish into english, that would be what you will hear. But i dont think present perfect progressive tense is proper for that sense. i would suggest "what happened".

The use is English and very common.
What have you been doing to end up with such a nice tan?
What have you been doing to lose so much weight?
What have you been doing to have lost so much weight?
What have you been doing to end up with such a cold?
