Unhappy "you'll come back and visit real soon now"

Does someone please tell me the meaning of "you'll come back and visit real soon now"? It's in a TV program called "Totally Spies". Please help me.

It's like an invitation for the person who is departing. The speaker hopes that the listener will return for another visit very soon.
