I heard this from the film "Star War",

Can I say like that: "Twice the hope, Twice the fall" or "Double the hope, Twice the fall"?

What's (probably) wrong if said it like 2nd or 3rd ?

Nothing's wrong with the other versions- I just think the first sounds better.
