How to define ' as ' in this sentence ? Pronouns ???Hmm, looks like it

I would say as in that sentence is a conjunction.

By the way, I would put it more simply, thus:
  • Your reputation is what other people think of you.

How's that?

Oops, if it is a conjuction the following clause must have a verb right ? but it doesn't ?

Can't believe how quick you were at knowing 'as' functions as a conjunction. Wow! It took me, like, 5 minutes to get its function.

passive verb, okay, past participle (technically) :D

desirability = noun
as (it is) established by some X = adjective phrase modifying 'desirability'
as = conjunction
