    Default which one is correct?

    Which one is correct?
    1) Is there any difference between A and B?
    2) Is there difference between A and B?

how about I use the before "difference"; Would the structure change?

Is it correct to say: "Is there the difference between A and B?"
Should I use any in the third example?
Would the meaning change if I use the?

    Thanks a lot.

"Is there any difference between A and B" is correct, the others are not.
