Oh, I see it coming, you're going to be so bashed for not giving any context. You must have taken those expressions from somewhere, though. Why don't you try to give more background?

For a good start (I hope):
Example 2 most probably means 'what does it have to do with Josh anyway?' or/and 'Josh should mind his own business'.
