    Teacher

    Default to have been dug

what tense is used in this sentence? Northern France is filled with souterraines, many believed to have been dug in Medieval times.

I think that to have been is present perfect but "to have been dug"?

    *** NOT A TEACHER ***

To me, that's a passive perfect infinitive.
