give direction to someone (2)

The map in my last post was confusing, so I will try it again.
I want to tell someone how to get to the library from '(here)'.

"Go through three traffic signals and go over a railroad track.
Then turn right at the first intersection.
Then pass a hospital on your left and you will see the library."

Is this OK?
Do you think that the person can reach the library?
