Best Experience? Hey all,
I am again confused with the following sentences :
It was really an awesome event and the best experience I ever came across in my life.
OR
It was really an awesome event and the best experience that ever came across in my life.
Need assistance guys.

Teacher Re: Best Experience? #1 would be correct. "That I ever came across" = "That I ever experienced or encountered"

Re: Best Experience? "...that I ever had in my life" sounds more natural to me.
