Dear teachers
Are these sentences correct English?
- No, in actuality, she drove off as he yelled at her.
- There is, in actuality, a solution to your problem.
- My not liking her did upset some people, in actuality.
In all these sentences I presumed 'in actuality' meant 'actually'.
Many thanks

All of those sentences sound alright to me.

"In actuality is the equivalent of saying in reality."
"Actuality becomes 'actually' the same way reality becomes 'really'."
Interesting.
