Hello this is my first thread and I do not still know how to submit a thread. I donīt know if this is the right way to do it but I have a question about using put forward in the below contex. Is there any other synonym? Is it also possible to use " outline" or pose.
This didactic programme has been designed to put forward the objectives and systematically pose what students should study and acquire, in what order, to what end, how and with which means.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Arrow,
Your title is confusing.
The sentence runs on. Break it up for clarity.
This didactic program has been designed to state the objectives and systematically indicate what materials should be studied and acquired. It will show students the order in which they should study, how to do so, to what end, and with which means.
John
Thanks a lot John: well you are right It is a litlle bit confusing. It is a literal translation from a linguistic text. But your translation really please me.
Thanks once more
Yes you are right John, I used infinitives in the title, I should us the present simple, instead. So, Is put forward right in this context then? Is there any other synonims I could use so I do not have to repeat it over and over again.
Thanks you very much, That has been very kind of you
