A dictionary, Dictionary: Online definitions and pronunciations - Yahoo! Education, tells you that 'convene' means both 'come together' and 'call together',
'Will convene' and 'will be convened' mean therefore, virtually the same. 'Will be convening is, in this particular example, fairly similar.
If you had checked in a dictionary, hooshdar, as I suggested in your last thread on this question, you might have been able to work out the answer to your question yourself. You would also have noticed the spelling mistake I mentioned in the last thread - convined
