I want to make a letter to HR Manager requesting to re-hiring one of my employees who left- please see below.
Please find enclosed a letter received from Mr.... who was working with our company as a Sales Executive from 2005 until 2001. Mr.... had to go on emergency leave in the month of September 2010 due to the ill health of his mother and was unable to come back on time that resulted his visa expired. Now his mother has recovered from illness and Mr... is willing to re-join in our company. Since Mr... had no bad remarks during his employment with us, we have no objection to offer him an employment in our company again. Therefore, if possible, kindly do the needful to re-hire him or release his end service benefit that he entitled for the service he rendered to our company in his past employment with us.
