i would like to know that how can i become a good conversation teacher.how can make converse people and make them saticfy.

One acquires conversational skills through practice. You have to learn by doing.

In conversation classes, the best thing is to be quick on your toes and to improvise. You also need to develop a sense of what people will want to talk about. basically, if you are a good conversationalist, you can do it. It is mainly about being sensitive to what is going on around you. I also recommend not forcing people to speak- make them want to.
