    Well qualified & motivated quality assurance team & there training is a continuous process at Mehta API

    I suggest that you make that two sentences. Perhaps:
    Training is a continuous process at Mehta API. A well qualified and motivated quality assurance team is in charge of that process there.

    You asked us to correct it, not to shorten it.

    I don't think you'll get all the relevant information in there by shortening it much. The best I could do would be:

    At Mehta API our well-qualified and motivated quality assurance team receive ongoing/regular training.
