This is the fill in the blank type of exercise. I missed out on school that day and my friend told me this is the right answer. I feel that it should be out of the question but we are supposed to fill in 1 word only. Any idea?

Nor to me. Only out of the question seems to fit well, though it doesn't fulfill the test requirements. I would say it's just a poor test question.
