What does "them" refer to in the following, "behaviors"?

Most complainer supervisors like attention. They also need to like you before they'll welcome what you have to say. When you do have their ear, praise their mature behaviors, such as supporting their boss,... brainstorming solutions... Tell others about these behaviors---with your boss present---so she begins to associate them authentic leadership.
