    Default It's okay with me

I heard when there's suggestion or something, you should use "with" for okay not "to". What's the reason? In "English is difficult for me", you use "for" or In "It's important to me" you use "to". What is the criteria to choose among with, to, for? Just idiomatic?

A: We decided to go hiking tomorrow, will you come?
    B: It's okay with(to) me.

You can also say, "That's OK by me", "That's fine by me".
You can also say, "It's important for me".
There is often a choice of prepositions, and there's no easy way for a learner to predict what to say. I would just memorise the simple phrases with the preposition.

I think you meant prepositions considering the doubt concerns "to", "for" and "with".
