Numbers 2 and 3 are fine in UK English, but I would suggest changing number 1 to:

Please find attached our latest publication.

Use this if you are literally going to attach the publication to the letter you are writing with a paperclip or staple. If you are sending the letter with a publication that isn't or can't be physically attached, use:

Please find enclosed our latest publication.
