If we buy and take any advantage from them, anything, we should must pay cash on the spot. Please note that if we get receive any amount funds from our customers, we will settle these outstanding bills/invoices first.

When I said "Start every sentence with a capital letter" that included your "Thanks" post, which should also have had a full stop at the end.

If you get into these good habits now, you will find that they come naturally to you. There will also be far fewer corrections to your posts.
