Please advise is it correct or not.
we regret inform you due to non availbility of funds we are unable to pay our bills. our credit facilities had been suspended if we buy and take any advantage from them, we should pay cash on the spot.Please note if we get any amount from our customer, we will settle these bills first.

Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter.
Remember to put a space after a full stop.

When I said "Start every sentence with a capital letter" that included your "Thanks" post, which should also have had a full stop at the end.
If you get into these good habits now, you will find that they come naturally to you. There will also be far fewer corrections to your posts.
