    Give your thread a helpful title. 'Please check my note' would have been fine for this.
    Tell/Ask us in your post what you want done. For example, you could have written here, "I have just written this note. Is my English correct?".
    Please DO NOT WRITE EVERYTHING IN CAPITAL LETTERS. It makes it difficult to read.

    I am not sure exactly what you wanted to say, but I have made an attempt

    Please let me know which employees on the attached list have gone to Turkmenistan
    Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
