    Dear Madam, Sir,

    I am preparing a label on electric motors which we are producing (Siemens).
    There is a couple of identification and also country of origin.
    Please, could you be so kind and tell me what is correct?

    Made in the Czech Republic

    or

    Made in Czech Republic

    'Made in the Czech Republic' is correct. However, 'the' is sometimes omitted on product labels, and it doesn't appear to bother anbody.
    Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
