Could you please check which one is more specific.

-A: Did you fix the car today?
-B:No, I had fixed it yesterday.

or
-A: Did you fix the car today?
-B:No, I had already fixed it yesterday.

or
-A: Did you fix the car today?
-B:No, I already fixed it yesterday.

or

-A: Did you fix the car today?
-B:No, I fixed it yesterday.

Do we have to use past simple or past perfect at the selection 'B' ?

Past Simple would work just fine.

But I think the example with 'already' may be suitable to this form, is that right?

B:Don' worry! I had already fixed it yesterday.

Already is OK, you can use it, though I would use either already or yesterday, not both, because it doesn't sound good to me. Past Perfect is not needed, in my opinion.

We can use past perfect without using 'yesterday' at that sentence, is that right?

A: Did you fix the car today?
B:Don't worry! I had already fixed it.

or

A: Did you fix the car today?
B:Don' worry! I had fixed it yesterday.

I see no need for the present/past perfect in any of those contexts. No matter what the question, if you fixed the car yesterday then you only need to say "I fixed it yesterday".

If you add "already" then you will find a difference in opinion between BrE and AmE (I think).

BrE: I have fixed it already.
AmE: I fixed it already.
