good paragraph

i need your help with a good paragraph and with out any fragment, run-on, subject agreement and verb tense.

do i need a conclusion for this kind of paragraph?

The happiest moment of my life is when I got married. I will always remember the “white day,” which is the day that I got married. I have spent ten years with my beautiful wife. When I got married I felt that I should not have waited so long. I asked myself why I did not get married earlier. Everyone should get married early.
