    Default Present perfect

    Hello !

Could i say " Hey,i saw that you haven't forgetten your ex girlfriend...it's time to move on." ?

And if i'm waiting for someone ( somebody?),and now that he is here, should i say :

"I had been waiting for you for 1 hour."
    OR
"I have waited for you for 1 hour."
    ?
    Thanks.

If you want to risk losing/upsetting a friend, you can say: "i I saw see that you haven't forgetten your ex-girlfriend. i It's time to move on."

    And if i I'm waiting for someone/somebody,and now that he is here,spaceshould i I say :

"I had been waiting for you for 1 hour." No. 'I have been waiting ...'
    OR
"I have waited for you for 1 hour." . The progressive form is far more likely.

Please use a capital letter for the first person pronoun 'I'.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

    Thanks!

But I thought that we had to use : 'I have been waiting ...' , when I'm still waiting for him. So when do I have to use "Had been" ?

Oh, i have an other question !

I saw : she's got a new boyfriend and it been a month or two.

's got = Has got = Has. The same thing? This is simple present, right?
it been = it has been. Same thing? "Has" can be an option in the present perfect??

    Thanks!

It is technically the present perfect of GET, but it can function in practice as an alternative present tense form of HAVE,
it been = it has been. Same thing? "Has" can be an option in the present perfect?? No. That is not standard English. 'It's been' is the only possible contraction of 'it has been' in standard English.
