Default is there a grammar error or i lack english?

However; by using the Comma Style and Increase/Decrease Decimal buttons, a sufficient degree of customization for number formatting is available through the toolbar should the defaults be inappropriate for a particular worksheet.

i didnt get the sentence above, please help. it is quoted from microsoft excell book.

Hello ssendur,

Are you just reading through the Excel book, or are you trying to do something specific?

Sweet Momma Sue

P.S. Also, if you tell me what you are reading in the book, like formatting, I may be able to go to it myself and help you better.

hım, interesting approach, i wouldnt expect something like that. the name of the book is "special edition /using/ microsoft office / excel 2003 / the only excel 2003 book you need/ que publications/ patrick blattner".(each slash starts a new line)
so i read through the book, help me better . whenever i speak in english with someone like you, i feel being understood, and the person toward me feels understanding. can you imagine what a rare emotion is this to a person who lives in turkey?, who lives in a ...king islamic country?
i am sorry, i feel depressed these days, and the only language that involves my corresponding thoughts in it is english and its people like you.
i am sorry for being unturk in such a turkish society, i am sorry at all.

I'll rewrite for you...

If the default settings for the numbers are not appropriate for a particular sheet you are working on, you can customize the way the numbers are shown. To do this, use the Comma-style and Increase/Decrease-Decimal buttons which are located on the toolbar.

Appropriate = good, useful
Default settings = the way it comes in the package when you buy it
Customize = change to your liking
Formating = changing the shape or location
