Consider these example: "Out came the boy..." "Out she came..." Why does the first sentence put the subject after the verb and yet the second one does the exact opposite? Someone explain it to me please.

We treat nouns and pronouns differently here, as we do in other cases, for example: He piched his book up. He picked up his book. He picked it up. He picked up it.. X
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
