Is this sentence correct ?
The demands of the globalization era have placed information as a very influencing resource. This globalization context is also unavoidable in the development of the national education policy that must be understood by university students, abroad scholars.

I didn't exactly understand where you were going with this, but I gave it a shot anyway:
"The demands of globalization have made information a critical resource. The context of globalization is also unavoidable in the development of a national education policy, which must be understood by university students and scholars abroad."
The second sentence does not seem to flow from the first sentence at all. What's your thesis?
