Please help me how to write a letter to the principal for getting to get a new password from the university.

Consider the following:
- What is it exactly that you need? (a password for what, for example? Most universities identify you by Student Number, not by password)
- Who should you write to? ('Most Universities don't have 'principals', and most heads of universities would not care about something trivial like changing a student's password.)

Have you looked at your University Student Help pages on University website? These are almost certain to give you guidelines on what to do in whatever position you find yourself in. And you probably won't need to write a letter because there'll probably be a form you can fill out.
