I am sent a letter (this is totally correct) The grammar is correct, but it's not natural English.

All of the above are either incorrect or unnatural.

NOT A TEACHER
(1) It's great that you want to use the passive. Sometimes the passive is
necessary. For example, a store would usually have a sign saying:
English spoken here, ( English is spoken here) The sign would be too long if
it said "The people at this store speak English, so you customers do not have
to worry." But sometimes the passive is "unnatural."
(2) I think that you may wish to change some of your sentences a bit. These are
only my suggestions. Hopefully, a teacher will give you better sentences.
(a) A bike was bought/ has been bought for me by my father.
(i) More natural: My father bought/has bought me a bike.
(b) Passive: A letter was/has been sent to me. More natural: X sent/has sent me a letter.
(c) Passive: A house has been purchased by me. More natural: I have purchased/bought a house.
(d) Passive: An appointment letter has been mailled to me. More natural: X has mailed me an appointment letter. (I do not understand what "appointment letter" means.)
(e) A watch wrapped in red has been dispatched to me. More natural: X has dispatched/sent me a watch wrapped in red.
(f) Your last example seems to be an order:
If the problem above is wrong, solve it along with an explanation of the solution.
