Default The meaning of "with" in the four sentenaces

    I have a grammar question.

The four sentences below sound very similar, but I'm wondering if any of them is wrong?
Also Does any one of them mean the same?

A1. Fay and I are in the same boat.
A2. I'm in the same boat as Fay.
A3. I'm in the same boat with Fay.
A4. I'm with Fay in the same boat.

    Thanks for the great support.

    Best regards.

Hi and welcome to Using English.

    Don't use "with" with "same.

I'm in the same boat as Fay.
Fay and I are in the same boat.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
