Default what you think I should tell

If you could give me a general rundown of what you think I should know and what I should tell our clients, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi,

    Does the sentence look natural?

As you can see in the underlined phrase, "you think" is implied but omitted unlike the previous one.

    But is it acceptable grammatically?

Yes and yes (although the omission leaves room for a theoretical ambiguity (which I consider trivial - you are obviously asking him what he thinks - he's not going to tell you to say something that he doesn't think you should say).
