    Default 'fall through with'?

What does 'fall through with something' mean? For example: He decided to fall through with the task. It isn't the same as something 'falling through', like a plan or a scheme, is it?

That sentence is not natural English to me - it means nothing.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

Oh, well I happened to see the sentence below on urbandictionary, so I was curious: He decided to fall through with getting a bus.

I too have no idea what that's supposed to mean.
