    Default Appositives? Reduced Relative Clause?

Ex1: It's all about how you think, how you approach.

Ex2: It's all about how to think, how to approach.

Question 1: Are both sentences grammatically correct? Are they examples of appositives or are they reduced relative clauses?

Question 2: Are the red parts dependant clauses while the blue parts are noun phrases?

Question 3: If the red parts are dependant clauses (and I assume that they are acting as noun clauses), they are considered as such because they contain a pronoun?

    Thanks in advance.
