I know what is prebyopia and astigmatism.
Can I say :
1. My eyes are having prebyopia.
2. My eyes are having astigmatism.
3. My eyes are astigmatistic.
Any other suggestion?

It's unusual in colloquial Br English to specify. People say they're long-sighted, short-sighted,.... etc. If you've just had your eyes tested you might say 'He said I was slightly presbyopic' - the word in that context is obviously quoted from the language of an eye-expert. But if I went around saying 'I'm presbyopic' I'd sound very pompous.

You could say "My arms are getting too short to read."
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
I would say "I have an astigmatism."
No. But if you don't understand it, you're too young to suffer from it.
