'Women's rights' are those things to which they are entitled.

We can speak of a punch thrown by a boxer with his right hand as 'a/his right'.

Dennis is jokingly saying that Maragaret is not only a feminist but a good fighter - she has just given him a black eye, with a 'left', a punch with the left hand.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

Women's rights -- what women are entitled to. In other words, girls have equal privileges as boys.

The joke is that he used the word "rights" as a reference to boxing, where getting hit with the right hand would be a "right" and getting hit with the left hand would be a "left."

Sounds like Dennis said something about girls to Margaret and she didn't' appreciate it, so she punched him with her left hand.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
