Word order Hello,
please, can you help me understand the difference in word order in these two sentences:
We have to inform you that the local authorities have had closed this area.
We have to inform you that the local authorities have had this area closed.
Is there any grammatical rule for this?

Teacher Re: Word order Yes.The first sentence is not English.
