a) I have arranged for you to meet with our bookkeeper next Tuesday.
or
b) I have made arrangements for you to meet with our bookkeeper next Tuesday.

They are both fine. As a speaker of BrE, I would omit 'with'.
Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
Your thread title should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed.

I agree entirely for BrE. If you're simply using "meet", we don't add "with". We do use "with" for a couple of other similar constructions though:
I will meet the accountant.
I will have a meeting with the accountant.
I will meet up with friends this weekend.
