I think it is strange and not natural. What can you recommend?
You cannot have more than one 'the other (one)'..
The first point is ....
The second (point is) ..
The third (point) is ...
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
Another possibility, if you don't want to count explicitly, is 'Next' or 'Then', and when that gets repetitive you can start a sentence with 'Then again'. Finally, you can use 'Finally'.
