    Default the other

When we want to introduce several factors or items, is it correct say:
The first one or one of them is ....
    The other one is .....
    The other one is .....
    The other one is .....
I think it is strange and not natural. What can you recommend?

You cannot have more than one 'the other (one)'..

    The first point is ....
    The second (point is) ..
    The third (point) is ...

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.

    You could possibly write:
    The first item is ...
    Another is ...
    Another is ...
    Another is ...
    etc.
However, that is strange and not natural. What you've written is simply wrong.
Use a numbered or dotted list if you want to write a list of items.

Another possibility, if you don't want to count explicitly, is 'Next' or 'Then', and when that gets repetitive you can start a sentence with 'Then again'. Finally, you can use 'Finally'.
