Hello,
Can we use 'ask something from somebody'? or just 'ask somebody something'?
For example:
1) I want to ask my quesion from him.
2) I want to ask him my question.
If we disregard your two examples which used the word "question" and concentrate on just the first part of your question, the answer is still "no" BUT it is possible to ask something of somebody. This is when you ask someone to do something.
- My wife is very annoying. Would you please kill her for me?
- NO! You can't ask that of me. I'll go to prison!
- That poor female athlete is in hospital with exhaustion.
- It's hardly surprising. They asked too much of her, expecting her to run in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 1500m and the marathon!
