    Default letter to new client

    I want to write letter to client.

    I need to include:

    1.MY name. designation
    2.your work is undertaken by me
    3.i am available at monday to saturaday at 6am-2pm
    4.if u wish to chat send your im

    letter must be polished and brief. Plz reply soon

    My first pieces of advice:

    - Check your use of capital letters
    - Check your punctuation
    - Change all the "text speak" (u, pls etc) to full English words.

    Make those changes and re-post your letter.
