How has the decrease in the value of the rupee impacted [up]on you?

We don't usually use the verb "impact" in such constructions as "How have you been impacted by ...?" because the usual verb there would be "affect" ("affected by")

The decrease in rupee value has impacted upon many sectors/people/companies/countries.
