Seismic/earthquake countermeasures Is there any difference in meaning between "seismic countermeasures" and "earthquake countermeasures"?

Teacher Re: Seismic/earthquake countermeasures (CalifJim - englishforums.com)Seismic activity includes even those movements of the earth which cannot be felt at the surface. These lesser movements would not be classified as earthquakes. So yes, there is a difference in meaning.
