Are the following sentences natural to a native ear?

1. How much impact do a city’s medical policies have on small business like ours?

2. Don’t worry too much about it; those paragraphs would have had to be changed anyways.

3. The facility was converted from single user facility to multi user facility ( I don’t know if I have to repeat ‘facility’ so many times)
