 Need advice on the use of tenses, thanks teachers Today, I (am or was) very happy because I performed in a recital. I think my behaviour today (is or was) fine, though a little bit energetic. Please advice, teachers. Thanks  |

| Re: Need advice on the use of tenses, thanks teachers First the first, I'd use the present as you sund as if you're still happy. For the second, I'd use the past because the recital has finished.  |
