Question any difference between cool and warm

Can u tell me if there's any difference between "cool" and "warm"?

cool : Neither warm nor very cold; moderately cold: fresh, cool water; a cool autumn evening.

Additionally, "cool" and "warm" are opposites as well as gradient terms:

cold<--------cool<---------room temperature------->warm------>hot
